Core to our ethos is that you choose whether you learn to lead, follow, or both. Join us on Monday nights in Cambridge!
We welcome people of all ages and abilities. Whether you are an experienced dancer or a complete beginner with two left feet, we will make sure you have a great night of dancing and socialising.
Dancing can help you to keep fit, improves your posture, coordination and flexibility, and it’s good for your brain. As an organisation we are particularly passionate about the benefits of dancing for your mental health. Most importantly, it’s great fun!
